Admission to the conference program and Awards:
- If you have already purchased a ticket, you will have received a QR code by email, which you should bring with you. Then head to the desk marked Registration in Hall B, where you will receive a lanyard badge. Registration for ticket holders, guests, and speakers will take place:
- Wednesday, November 5, 2025: 9:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, November 6, 2025: 9:00 a.m. — 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, November 7, 2025: 9:30 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
- If you want to come and don't have a ticket yet, just buy one in advance at this link, which is voluntary this year.
- Please note that purchasing a ticket is required for on-site registration.
- Admission to the Expo itself is free without purchasing a ticket.
Payments on site are cashless only! Thanks to NFCtron, you can pay on site with regular payment cards, phones, and payment bracelets. We simply do not accept cash.
This year, the conference program will take place on the first day, November 5, starting in the morning, so please arrive on time. You can find the conference program here

We invite you all to the Prague Music Week Awards 2025 ceremony—don't miss the second annual industry awards ceremony on Wednesday, November 5, starting at 6:30 p.m. at the Prague Exhibition Grounds in Pavilion C. Come join us and let's get together to evaluate not only this season! It will be a celebration of music and of those of us who work in music. The awards ceremony is open to all of you, you don't need to register or sign up anywhere, just have a ticket to the Prague Music Week conference (see above) and simply arrive on time or in advance.
